HERE'S HOW YOU CAN RETURN/EXCHANGE UNWANTED ITEM(S)


We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason at any time, you can return your new/unused merchandise for a replacement or refund with no questions asked. Simply send a copy of your invoice along with the item number(s) that you do not want and the reason for the return to the address below.  We will issue a credit for the retail price of the returned item(s).

HTT MOTOR Satisfaction Guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Up to 30% of item's price deducted:
Items that are not in their original condition, are scratched, defective for reasons other than the seller's error.

Up to 50% of item's price deducted:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller's error.

We offer 90 days (from the date that you receive your package) to return or exchange unwanted items back to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we'll issue you a refund for your purchased price.

Our customer care team is the best in the industry, but don't take our word for it. Please contact us at info@httmotor.com, so we can quickly start your return or exchange. We'll get back to you right away with all of the information you need.

Notice that we will NOT be responsible for the Expedited Shipping Fee / International Shipping Fee unless the wrong shipping method is used. Expedited Shipping Fee / International Shipping Fee for unwanted items will be deducted from your total refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
